I CAN’T REMEMBER EVERYTHING IAM SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, CAN YOU KEEP ME IN COMPLINACE?

You bet, that is what we do best! Simply let us know what equipment you have, or we will come and look, and we will keep a list of the routine service and inspections you need and when they are due. We will notify you in advance by fax or e-mail, we will notify and schedule the required agencies, and submit the report(s) directly to them. You will be kept in the loop and we will submit the required report copies to you as well. If there is ever a question we maintain copies of all inspections and report for resubmission.

ARE YOUR TECHNICIANS LICENSED & CERTIFIED?

Of course, all of our technicians are required to receive extensive training both in the field and from a multitude of equipment manufacturers on an individual and ongoing basis. Our technicians hold a vast array of certifications and licenses requiring routine testing, renewals, and specific experience. In this day and age, technicians need to be certified for most everything they do or touch.

ARE YOUR TECHNICIANS I.C.C. CERTIFIED?

Absolutely, as required by law, our technicians generally hold two or more I.C.C. Certificates.

HOW KNOWLEDGEABLE IS YOUR STAFF?

Aside from years of actual on-the-job experience and know-how, we maintain immense volumes of past and current codes, laws, regulations, and technical manuals. Although it is impossible for any one person to read and remember thousands of pages of regulatory text, we have a pretty good understanding of the applicable regulations and maintain them for ready review.

Generally speaking, we are a capable of most any petroleum equipment related service, testing, or inspection needs that you may have utilizing our own in house staff. In the event that your needs involve special expertise, we will draw on our extensive network of reliable professional associates and licensed sub-contractors.

WHAT TYPE OF CLIENTS DO YOU SERVICE:

Retail service stations, commercial, industrial, sewer plants, water agencies, municipal agencies, federal agencies, state agencies, garbage companies, lumber companies, petroleum companies, commercial cardlocks, farms, ranches, wineries, vineyards, residential, equipment rental yards, trucking companies, etc.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

Primarily Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Lake, Mendocino, and Solano counties. Through the years we have determined that it is best for our clients if we stay local and thus better able to make a more timely response to their service needs. While other service companies must constantly search farther and farther from the home office to fulfill their high volume needs, we stay “close-in”. This arrangement has enabled us to maintain the exclusive and continued support of the majority of our clients for 10, 15, and even 20 years.
