1. Are there any additional costs to have products delivered?

No, we do not charge our customers for deliveries. It's is one of the many services Royal Petroleum offers to its customers. Click here for more information on the many services that Royal Petroleum offers its customers.

2. What is a cardlock?

A cardlock is an unmanned fueling facility. Our cardlocks accept CFN fuel cards. Because these sites aren't open to the general public, bank cards and credit cards are not accepted. However, if you are or an application click here.

3. Where are your cardlocks located?

We have three local cardlocks located at 3530 Regional Parkway off Airport Blvd and 365 Todd Road both in Santa Rosa, as well as our site on 2141 Petaluma Blvd South in Petaluma. 4. What if I need a new fuel card ASAP?

No problem! New cards are made everyday at the Todd Road facility for pickup or to be mailed out the same day your card was ordered. For questions about your fuel card, contact Rebecca at rebeccac@royalpetroleum.com or 707-540-0044.

5. How long does it take to open an account?

Once you have filled out the application via internet, fax or mail, the process starts with Kathy, approved by Jim, and a welcome letter is sent out the day your account has been set up. If your account requires cards, Rebecca will send those out the same day the account is opened. Start to finish the process takes 3-5 days. For an application click here.

Petro Tech is a services company that specializing in petroleum equipment maintenance, testing, and regulatory compliance.

7. What industries do you serve?

We serve all industries that use petroleum equipment in the public and private sector.

8. Are your technicians trained and certified?

All of our Technicians have ICC UC/UT certifications and have a variety of equipment and monitoring systems manufacturer certifications.

9. Are you equipped to handle a large variety of jobs?

Our Technicians operate in fully out-fitted service vehicles that are equipped to address small and large jobs. We are a one-stop-shop service provider equipped to handle all of your petroleum maintenance and testing needs.
